Visa Application Numbers

The date stated below, next to your case number, is not a new appointment date.  It is the date that your administrative processing expires.  Failure to receive your visa prior to that date will result in significant delays in your visa issuance.  We strongly advise you to come to our office with all missing documents at your very earliest convenience after your case number is announced below.

When your case number appears, please return with your passport, 221(g)-Additional Information Sheet, and all missing documents to the U.S. Embassy, Consular Section in Yerevan, any Monday-Friday from 09:00-17:00.  Please drop off your documents in the Consular Section drop box, located in the consular section entry.  When your visa receives final approval, the Consular Section will contact you with instructions on picking up your passport and visa, typically within 3 to 4 business days.

In family cases, one family member may come to submit passports and missing documents for all family members.

Notes:

(*)  You MUST bring all the missing documents that were listed on your red “221(g) Additional Information sheet” with you.  Failure to do so will significantly delay your visa processing and may require you to making an additional trip to U.S. Embassy Yerevan.

(#)  The administrative processing on your file has been completed. However, some of your documents may be expired. The Consular Section will send you a list of the documents you must update before submitting your passport at U.S. Embassy for visa issuance.
