Demonstrations in Downtown Yerevan

This Warden Message alerts American citizens of Dashnaktsutyun party plans to hold an authorized rally in downtown Yerevan on Friday, October 9. The rally will start at approximately 5:00 p.m. and will be followed by an authorized march. The march is expected to start near Republic Square, proceed down Amiryan, Mashtots, and Baghramyan Avenues, and end at the Tsitsernakaberd Genocide Memorial, but it could also spread to other downtown areas. American citizens are advised to exercise caution and consider alternative routes to avoid the downtown area during the march, as the march may create traffic disruptions.
